Thanks jeff. The whole idea originally came to my mind when I bought my brand new lawnmower couple of years ago, which cost me a fortune and very soon I realised… What a waste! I won’t be using it for more than 10 times a year. I thought why not lend it to people for a nominal fee and I recover some of my cost rather than it catching rust in the shed? But then self-esteem, etc. took over that why do I need to make money by lending stuff? And the hassle of – what if it breaks, blah – blah?
Seems like I was right to start with but an idiot to not work on it. Very soon it will be an ‘in’ thing to share stuff. Just like it is already quite common to take a reusable bag for grocery shopping.
